Janet Exposed - Ordering Videos By Mail

Mail Order Instructions

If you would like to order my videos by mail rather than online, please follow these simple instructions:

Step 1. Use the online shopping cart the same way you would as if you were paying online. Select the titles you want, and click the appropriate "Buy" button for the format you want (VHS tape or, where available, DVD)

Step 2. When you have finished selecting the titles you want, click the "Check Out Now" button.

Step 3. Select the appropriate shipping option. For orders shipped to the US, you have the choice of Priority Mail or Express Mail. All foreign orders are shipped via Air Mail but the rate differs depending on the location - be SURE to select your appropriate continent or country so that your shipping charges are correctly calculated!

Step 4. When you have finished selecting your shipping method, you total charges are automatically calculated for you. Now you must either PRINT this page OR copy it by hand if you don't have access to a printer.

Step 5. Once you have printed or copied the completed order form with your correct shipping option, NEATLY print your name, shipping address (PO Boxes are OK) and your e-mail address, along with a signed statement that you are over the age of 21. Then mail it to the following address exactly as it is written below:

1. Payment must be in US Dollars ONLY. No foreign currency accepted. You may pay via money order, cashier's check or personal check made out to either Janet Mason or Enigma Productions, Inc. I will also gladly accept cash although if you choose to pay via cash, please make sure that it is very well-concealed and understand that I am not responsibile if it gets stolen in transit.

2. Be sure to include the appropriate shipping and handling charges. If you fail to include the appropriate amount of shipping/handling charges as calculated by the shopping cart, your order will not be processed until they are received.

3. Also be sure to include your e-mail address so that I can contact you rapidly if there is a problem with your order.

4. If you don't have a printer or cannot print out the order form for whatever reason, no problem....just write your order out by hand, NEATLY, so that I can read it easily, and mail it to me that way.
